I purchased my house 2022. It took me this year, 2025. I am not plumber nor electrician. I am complete novice to owning a home and it's repairs.

The unit did not work initially so I contacted your customer service. They advised me that the pump I received had a air pressure switch (which my tub does not require or have). I was able to open the panel and disconect the switch and the pump works fine with my system now.
