Share
For compatible 120V/60Hz installations, this is an ideal modern replacement for the discontinued Kohler K-1039685 air bath blower and control system. The matched aftermarket retrofit includes a 750W variable-speed CG Air Systems blower with Wave and Pulse modes, an integrated 300W ceramic air heater, a new keypad, and connecting cable.
This is the high-output 750W variable-speed blower / 300W heater keypad version. The keypad provides adjustable airflow plus Wave and Pulse massage modes. It is not an original Kohler service part, and it is different from our 700W/120W heater system and wireless-remote retrofit. The included replacement components are designed to operate together and should not be mixed with the original Kohler keypad or control electronics.

Why Replace the Complete System?
The original blower, keypad, cable, and control electronics were designed as one operating system. Replacing only one aging electronic component can leave other incompatible or failing parts in place. This retrofit replaces the discontinued operating system with matched modern components, variable-speed airflow, Wave and Pulse massage modes, and an automatic drying cycle that helps clear residual moisture from the air lines.
Confirm Compatibility Before Ordering
Confirm that the original installation is 120V/60Hz. Measure the keypad opening, surrounding flat mounting area, blower connection, and available equipment space. For fitment help, text clear photos of the original blower label, keypad, control components, air connection, and installation area to (951) 897-1878.

Kohler 1039685 Replacement FAQs
Does this kit replace the Kohler K-1039685 blower?
It is designed as a complete aftermarket retrofit for compatible 120V/60Hz Kohler K-1039685 air bath blower systems. Final compatibility depends on the original voltage, keypad opening, air connection, mounting space, and control configuration.
Is this an original Kohler 1039685 blower?
No. This is an aftermarket retrofit system built with CG Air Systems components for compatible Kohler 1039685 applications. It is not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by Kohler Co.
Can I reuse the original Kohler keypad or control box?
No. The replacement blower, electronic control, keypad, and cable are a matched system. Do not connect the new blower to the original Kohler electronic controls.
What is the air-heater wattage?
This specific kit includes a 300-watt ceramic air heater. The blower motor is rated at 750 watts, and the complete 120V/60Hz configuration is rated at 9.5 amps.
Is this a three-speed or variable-speed blower?
It is a variable-speed blower, not a three-speed model. The included electronic keypad lets the user adjust the airflow and select Wave or Pulse modes for changing air-massage patterns.
Why does the blower start again after the bath is turned off?
That is the automatic drying cycle. The blower runs for approximately one minute about 20 minutes after shutoff to help remove residual moisture from the air lines.
Will the new keypad cover the original opening?
The replacement keypad has an approximately 2-inch square trim and is designed for an opening of approximately 1-7/8 inches. Measure both the opening and the surrounding flat surface before ordering.
