The Balboa BP100G2 G6402-03 Spa Control Retrofit Kit combines a compact spa control system, an attached 4.0kW flow-through heater, and a TP200T topside keypad. It provides a replacement option for compatible hot tubs when an aging control system and keypad need to be upgraded together.
The BP100G2 supports selected one- and two-pump configurations, including setups with a separate circulation pump. Compatibility depends on your spa’s equipment, electrical requirements, and installation space.

Pump and Circulation Options
The BP100G2 can be configured for the following equipment arrangements:

A separate circulation pump is supported only with a single-speed Pump 1 configuration. Pump 1, the circulation pump, and ozone must share the same configured voltage.
Available outputs and operating limits depend on the selected setup. The circulation or filtration pump must also meet the heater’s flow requirements.
Will This Replace My Existing Spa Control?
The G6402-03 retrofit kit may be suitable when replacing an older spa control system, provided the connected equipment and installation requirements match the BP100G2’s supported configurations.
Before ordering, check:

Pumps: number of pumps, voltage, speeds, and current draw.

Accessories: circulation pump, ozone, lighting, and other connected equipment.

Physical fit: mounting space and heater plumbing alignment.

Existing equipment cords, plumbing, or the keypad opening may require modification. An older keypad should not be assumed compatible with the BP100G2; this kit includes the TP200T for the upgrade.
Heater Output and Electrical Configuration
The included heater is rated 4.0kW at 240V.
The BP100G2 also supports 120V operation in specified configurations, with heater output reduced to 1.0kW at 120V. Available equipment combinations and electrical limits differ between configurations.
The system must be configured to match your spa’s electrical supply and connected equipment. Selecting a 120V setup does not provide 4.0kW heating.
