I wasn't sure what part I needed, and got exactly what I needed. I was also told I could call back if I had any issues with installation and when I did need additional help, they spent almost 30 minutes walking us through the set up.
The keypad, cable and switch work well. Staff at Whirly Brothers were very helpful with shipping issues brought on by the Canada Postal Strike.
